Mateusz Gamrot is a Polish professional MMA fighter competing in the UFC Lightweight division, ranked in the top 10 in the world. Born December 11, 1990, in Bielsko-Biała, Poland, he began wrestling at age ten and became a two-division champion in KSW — Europe's largest MMA promotion — holding both the Featherweight and Lightweight titles simultaneously. Signing with the UFC in 2020, Gamrot quickly established himself with notable wins over Arman Tsarukyan, Rafael Fiziev and Rafael dos Anjos, and holds the record for the fastest kimura submission in UFC history (65 seconds vs. Jeremy Stephens). Now training at American Top Team in Florida alongside elite UFC fighters, Gamrot remains one of the most dangerous grapplers in the lightweight division.
