Paddy Pimblett is an English professional MMA fighter from Liverpool competing in the UFC Lightweight division and one of the most popular fighters in combat sports. Born January 3, 1995, in Huyton, Merseyside, he began training at 15 at Next Generation MMA Liverpool and holds a Brazilian jiu-jitsu black belt. Pimblett won the Cage Warriors Featherweight title in 2016 before signing with the UFC in 2021, where he quickly built a global following with spectacular finishes and an outspoken personality. He rose to challenge for the interim UFC Lightweight title against Justin Gaethje at UFC 324 in January 2026. Outside the Octagon, Pimblett is known for his mental health advocacy through The Baddy Foundation and his passionate support of Liverpool Football Club.
